Clinical History: 71 yr old male with acute left sided weakness.

NCCT: ASPECTS 7-ish with involvement of right insula, lentiform nucleus, ? caudate, M2 region

mCTA: Right distal M1 occlusion. 

Collaterals: Good, slightly delayed wash out.

Arch: Slightly difficult with tortous CCA.

IR: 4 x 30 mm Solitaire, single pass. TICI 2c.
