Chiari I Malformation: 

Chiari I malformation is the most common variant of the Chiari , and it is characterised by a descent of the cerebellar tonsil  through the foramen magnum.

Imaging Findings:

Reference Line basion to opisthion

Cerebellar Tonsillar Herniation (>5 mm)
Small Posterior Fossa
Pointed Tonsils
Tectal Beaking
Cervicomedullary Kink
Vertically oriented sulci (sergeant stripes)

Syrinx in Cervical Cord Could be seen (not seen here)
