A 46-year-old right-handed male

no significant past medical history presented with

h/o transient left sided facial droop & motor weakness : 2hrs: recovered

On further enquiry, discrete episodes of abnormal behavior over the last
one week.

unable to use objects like a spoon, tooth brush and once he put coke in his cereal.

No motor weakness, facial droop, confusion, blank stare and tonic-clonic
movements.

No h/o memory impairment, visuospatial difficulties, seizures, previous
stroke, headaches, trauma or family history of stroke.
