Engulfing Clot BadASS

Using combination of stent retriever and aspiration. 

The stent provides distal protection to prevent distal emoblization further down the arterial tree, whereas the intermediate provides aspiration closer to the clot to prevent loss along the way back during the withdrawal, and give the chance for the clot to get trapped between the aspiration and the stent. "Pinching" the clot between the two. 

Patient movement and agitation during the ictus is noted, making EVT more challenging.
